First stop in Waldsassen at a bakery at 6.45am, did not want to change money for my shortcut and at the monastery for a healthy bicycle. Enjoyed small roads and quite a few hills and was at my first destination at about 2pm: Fichtelberg, Saxony, 1215m.
Visited Pernink/Bärringen where Rudolf Kippenhahn was Born.
